Alejandro Mullor joined Microsoft 17 years ago and currently leads the global Tourism strategy (Wordlwide Tourism Lead), a specialisation that he complements with the areas of Critical Infrastructure and Smart Cities.

In previous years he has been developing, also within Microsoft, the role of Industry Advisor within the Worldwide Public Sector group, helping selected governments internationally to define their complete digitisation vision. He has worked with the City of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Helsinki, Madrid City Council and Community, Spanish central government, Estonian central government, Canada and Italy.
