Side Events
The side events of the Sun&Blue Congress offer companies, institutions, and destinations a strategic platform to present initiatives, strengthen alliances, and develop projects.
These parallel sessions allow organizing key meetings, workshops, signing of agreements, training, hackathons, and more, facilitating networking and generating new opportunities.
For the 2025 edition, and given the limited number of spaces, we are opening a call for proposals for those who wish to organize an exclusive side event within the congress.
Themes
The 3rd edition of the Sun&Blue Congress will focus on three main topics: Blue Tourism, Water and Energy. Any specific or cross-cutting theme is welcome and some that we suggest are:

This format is an extraordinary opportunity to develop your project meeting, launch, business presentation, or workshop. In the previous edition, several European projects held work meetings, a WestMed working group was launched, a hackathon was conducted, business presentations and agreement signings took place, as well as round tables on topics complementary to those of the congress…
Format
- · Duration: 1 hour
- · Room capacity: Up to 80 people in classroom format (or other configurations with reduced capacity)
- · Audiovisual equipment: Screen, sound equipment, lighting, furniture, technical support, etc.
- · Promotion: Visibility on the website, social media, newsletter, and app during the congress
- · Branding: Logo as a Sun&Blue partner in physical and digital materials
- · VIP Access: 2 VIP passes to Sun&Blue, including social events and exclusive activities
- · General Access: 20 passes for the two congress days (valued at 3,980 euros)
- · Exclusive discount: 20% discount for additional guests
- · Media exposure: Interview/podcast at Sun&Blue with post-event promotion
- · Prices: Starting at €2,500
- · Additional tickets: Get more passes for your attendees with access to the entire congress at very favorable prices
- · Premium space: Upgrade to a larger room, better location, different room setup, etc.
- · Premium schedule: Extended duration and/or morning time slot outside the standard side events hours.
- · Advanced audiovisual services: Simultaneous translation, streaming, access control, computer, session recording, etc.
- · Session support: Flipcharts, additional furniture, on-site staff, in-room coffee service, printed materials.
- · Custom requests: Tailored solutions to meet specific needs.
