Cancellation policy
SUN&BLUE Congress
Cancellation policy of Inscriptions and Social Events
To ensure proper management of the congress and its social activities, we apply the following policy:
1. Inscriptions to the congress
- Cancelations received until October 5, 2025: return of 80% of the amount paid (less administrative expenses).
- Cancelations between October 6 and October 20, 2025: return of 50%.
- Cancelations with a date after October 20, 2025: no return.
- Name changes allowed without cost until October 29, 2025.
2. Social activities (Social Events)
- Cancelations until October 20, 2025: return of 100%.
- Cancelations with a date after October 20, 2025: no return.
- Name changes allowed without cost until October 29, 2025.
3. Procedure
Cancelation or change requests must be sent in writing to the official email of the organization: hello@sunandbluecongress.com
Refunds will be processed after the event through the same payment method used for the registration.
4. Cancelation by the organization
If the congress or any social event is canceled by the organization's decision, a 100% refund will be made. The organization will not cover any other expenses incurred by the attendee (travel, accommodation, etc.).
Cancellation policy – Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata accommodation
Reservations of accommodation managed through the congress organization will be subject to the following conditions:
1. Payment of the reservation:
- All reservations must be paid in full before October 21, 2025 (30 days before the arrival date).
- In case of not receiving the full payment in that period, the reservation will be automatically canceled without the right to return any advance payment.
2. Free cancellation:
- Cancellations made until October 21, 2025 will not have a penalty and will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
3. Cancellations between October 22 and November 4, 2025:
- A penalty equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be applied.
4. Cancellations from November 5, 2025 or no-show:
- A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount will be applied.
5. Name changes or changes in the reservation:
- Changes of name or changes in the reservation can be made without additional cost until November 10, 2025, as long as they do not affect the duration of the stay or the type of room reserved.
6. Cancellation procedure:
All cancellations or modifications must be requested in writing through the official email of the organization. Refunds will be processed after the event, through the same payment method used for the reservation.
7. Cancellation for causes external to the organization:
In case of force majeure or cancellation of the reservation by the hotel's decision (for example, closing of the establishment), a 100% refund will be made. The organization will not cover any other expenses incurred (travels, transfers, etc.).
