Pedro Mayorga

CEO at Enerocean

Co-founder and CEO of EnerOcean S.L., a pioneering company dedicated exclusively to marine energy in Spain, established in Málaga in 2007.

An engineer with over 25 years of experience, he is the technical leader of the development of W2Power, the first floating wind platform tested in Spanish waters (Canary Islands, 2019) and the first multiturbine solution successfully tested in open sea worldwide. He is President of the Marine Section of APPA, a member of AEE, and serves on the Boards of CLANER and CMMA. He also represents EnerOcean in various European, national, and regional clusters and associations.

He began his career as a manufacturing and maintenance engineer at General Motors, then moved into renewable energy research at ITE (Valencia) and served as an associate professor at the University of Málaga until September 2022.
