Internal Event NaTour4CChange Project: Reconnecting Tourism and Nature Towards Climate Resilient Mediterranean Coastal Destinations

The NaTour4CChange side event offers project partners, regions and destinations a valuable opportunity to increase their capacities, network, and exchange ideas.

The event will feature a dedicated session on drafting regional and destination tourism climate strategies, presenting a comprehensive approach to developing actionable climate plans for tourism. Following this, an elevator pitch session will showcase successful examples from other regions and destinations, providing inspiration and practical insights for participants. The event will also serve as a platform to discuss project updates and upcoming activities, ensuring participants stay informed about the latest developments.

ABOUT NATOUR4CCHANGE

NaTour4CChange is a European initiative, under the Interreg Euro-MED Programme Sustainable Tourism Mission,  aimed at enhancing the governance of sustainable tourism in regions with high environmental value by reconnecting tourism and nature to address climate change with an ecosystem-based approach. NaTour4CChange builds on successful experiences at the Mediterranean and global level to test solutions for increasing the resilience of coastal destinations in the Mediterranean.
