Naval Engineer with a degree in Information Sciences and a Master's in International Maritime Safety, Carlos Aldereguía has over 25 years of experience in fisheries management, maritime governance, and European negotiations.

In his current position, he promotes policies for the modernization, internationalization, and sustainability of the Andalusian fisheries and aquaculture sector, aligned with the challenges of the blue economy.
