Marilena Estarellas is the General Manager of ANBE, the Spanish National Association of Electric, Hybrid and Hydrogen Boats. A recognized expert in marine decarbonization and the energy transition at sea, she is passionate about driving innovation and sustainability within the maritime sector.

A positive, proactive, and results-driven senior manager, she has a strong track record of achieving profitable business growth through the design and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies. With extensive experience working with top-tier brands in the competitive tourism industry, her focus has consistently been on delivering customer satisfaction through service excellence.
