With over twenty-five years of experience in both the public and private sectors, focused on innovation through digital transformation in urban, territorial, and tourism destination contexts. Passionate about promoting the development of smart cities, territories, and tourism destinations, I am fortunate to lead a remarkable team and serve as CEO of MB3 GESTION, a company with national and international presence and a leader in the Smart City industry.

As a national and international speaker and regular moderator on topics related to service and business models in smart cities, I have contributed to events in New York, Santiago de Chile, Bogotá, Panama City, Quito, and major national Smart City events. I have collaborated in organizing and designing events such as Digital Tourist, Tourist Innovation Summit, Sevilla City One, Small Smart City by CDTIC, and events by the Spanish Network of Smart Cities, among others.

Creator of the Canvas Smart City methodology for developing value propositions in smart cities. As a guest blogger and influencer with ENEL, Endesa, SAP, Banco Santander, I have contributed to publications such as Telefónica IoT, -Ambiente, Política Comunicada (Argentina), SmartLighting, Philips Innovation, Siemens, FCC, and thematic magazines like FuturEnergy, among others.

Member of the AEN/CTN 178 Standardization Committee for Smart Cities in Spain. Collaborator with universities and training centers as a guest lecturer on Smart Cities and Smart Territories.

Strategic Director of the Sevilla City One Initiative, Metropolis of the South, an ambitious business initiative aimed at positioning Seville and its metropolitan area on the global investment map and a member of the Technical Committee of the Sun&Blue Congress.
