Official Launch of the Western Mediterranean Sustainable Tourism Technical Group

In the environment of the second edition of Sun&Blue Congress, the official launch of the Technical Group on Sustainable Tourism in the Western Mediterranean was held with the participation of Vincent Fravel, DG for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the European Commission; and Yasmin Schinas-Romeu, responsible for Regional Cooperation and Maritime Safety of the European Commission, on behalf of the European Commission. As for local and regional authorities, Sacramento Sanchez, Deputy Mayor of the City of Almeria; Maria Isabel Herrera, provincial general secretary of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport; Jose Juan Martinez, special deputy delegate for Sustainability, Natural Environment and European Fundraising; and the director of Sun&Blue Congress, Tim Ott, were present.
