Yesterday, June 28, we attended the event organized by SEGITTUR and TURIUM to present the new report "DATA AND TOURISM SPACE", prepared by SEGITTUR.
During the event, the importance and benefits of sharing data and adopting a "generous" attitude were highlighted. Experts emphasized the need to promote collaboration and highlight benefits rather than drawbacks. SHARING DATA WE ALL WIN.
The event was attended by recognized companies that already work with tourism data, such as Mastercard, Amadeus, ForwardKeys and Telefónica. In addition, the presence of leading destinations that are already using this data, such as the Diputación de Barcelona (Tourist Office).
SEGITTUR is working hard to create a Network DTI (Smart Tourist Destinations), essential for all this improvement of technology in destinations is possible.
