Double major in Tourism and Business Administration, with a master's degree in Innovation and Decision Making. Currently serving as the Technical Secretary of the Tourism Commission of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the Technical Secretary of the Thermal Villages network, as well as being a member of the Spain Convention Bureau network.

Specialized in tourism management and marketing, he has international public-private experience in organizations such as the FEMP, Turespaña, NBTC Holland Marketing, Walt Disney World, or MICE industry DMC agencies.

Within the framework of the FEMP, he stands out for his participation in the development of various programs and initiatives towards a more sustainable and competitive tourism, such as the Experiences Agreement in the Thermal Villages of Spain, which has a great capacity to stimulate and diversify blue tourism.
