CEO at Grupo Xanty Elías
With a career spanning over 30 years in the culinary world, he has achieved significant milestones such as earning the first Michelin star and the first green Michelin star in Huelva. He founded the Prenauta Foundation with the project "Los Niños e Comen El Futuro" and won the Basque Culinary World Prize in 2020. Now, at Finca Alfoliz, he demonstrates a different approach to gastronomy, where sustainability plays a fundamental role on a more personal level.
