The environmental and sustainability challenges of the marine environment require leaders who are informed, trained and aware of the fragility of marine ecosystems. With the right type of training they will have not only a comprehensive understanding of the impact of human activities on the oceans, but also they will develop innovative strategies to promote responsible blue tourism, a beneficial activity for both local communities and the marine ecosystem as a whole.
