Since January 2021, she has been the Director of Tourism, Culture, and Sports, a position that was simultaneously created with the establishment of the tourism, culture, and sports department of CEOE. In addition to directing the department, she serves as the secretary of the Tourism Council and the Culture and Sports Commission of CEOE.

A professional with extensive knowledge of hotel management and the tourism sector. Since 2002, she has been involved in hotel business organizations with various roles such as Manager of the Beach Associations of Playa de Palma (AHPP), Palma (ASHPAMA), and Hotel Chains Grouping (ACH). In 2010, she joined the Hotel Federation of Mallorca (FEHM) holding positions such as Director and Vice President.

As part of her academic experience, Benito was the Director of the Tourism Research Laboratory at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and Director of the Leisure and Tourism Department of the University-Company Foundation. Between January 2007 and September 2008, she was the Manager of the Urban Planning Consortium of Playa de Palma.
