He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Malaga, and an Executive Master's in Business Management and Administration from the Superior School of Business Studies (ESESA).

He has held various positions of responsibility in public entities promoting business.

Since 2014, he has been directing the Tourism and Business Development department at Tourism and Planning Costa del Sol, a public company of the Diputación de Málaga. From there, he coordinates the development of quality and sustainability strategies for the Costa del Sol destination, the development of new tourism products such as the Blue Path, and various programs for the creation and development of businesses, including the Costa del Sol Tourism Hub accelerator.
