Formerly she was leading the trade department at the Tourism Office of Spain in New York City of the Ministry of Tourism of Spain. With two decades of experience, she has led projects for ministries, regional and local governments in Central and South America, Europe, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and North Africa and she has numerous publications on tourism measurement and tourism policies.
