Jorge Serrano

Secretary General of CIDH (Asociación Internacional de Directores de Hotel y Ejecutivos de Turismo)

Jorge Serrano is a professional in the tourism industry, serving as the General Secretary of the International Association of Hotel Managers & Tourism Executives (CIDH). In just seven years, and through teamwork, CIDH has gone global, connecting over 33,800 tourism executives in 65 countries and reaching more than 17,000,000 people online. In addition to his role at CIDH, Mr. Serrano is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at HarlemPlus, promoting tourism in Harlem, New York, on an international level in collaboration with the Harlem Chamber of Commerce and the Harlem Arts Alliance, both of which are part of the leadership of New York City Tourism + Conventions. He has been recognized with the Extraordinary Award for Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism for 2021.
