Head of the Support Unit of the Directorate General for Tourism Policy at State Secretariat for Tourism

She is a career civil servant in the Corps of Civil Administrators of the State. Part of her professional career has been spent at the International Cooperation Agency for Development and the Ministry of Justice, coordinating institutional strengthening projects with EU candidate and neighboring countries. She has been posted abroad twice, in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Washington (USA). For the past two years, she has been working at the State Secretariat for Tourism, coordinating tourism plans in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities and local entities, as well as supporting new tourism products and experiences. Currently, the Directorate General for Tourism Policies, where she works, is focusing all its efforts on the implementation of the EU’s Next Generation Funds for the tourism sector in collaboration with the Autonomous Communities, municipalities, and companies.
