Professional Curriculum:
After working in two advisory firms in Andújar, Francisca Molina decided to take the initiative to start her own business as a freelancer, founding a Tax, Accounting, and Labor Advisory firm in 2005. Her vision of business consulting as a tool to assist client companies led to a team of 9 people by 2007. After experiencing the financial crisis, she and her team began a recovery in 2010 with new services that had been incubated with some clients, incorporating Human Resources and People Management and Strategy in Economics and Finance. By 2014, anticipating the needs of their clients, they introduced a Communication Area, and in 2015, the Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Area, which has grown exponentially in the last three years. Their business model serves both listed companies and small entrepreneurs, making their approach to the economy global and adaptable to various economic realities.
Selezziona Consultoría holds certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and recently achieved EFQM +300 certification at the European level. They have also received other distinctions, such as the Three Es (Excellence, Ethics, and Strategy) badge since 2014, the SME and SDGs badge since 2019, the +Responsible Company badge in 2021, and the Excellent Company Quality badge first obtained in 2022 and currently being renewed. They have also been certified with the SG21 standard by Foretica since 2022.
Associative Work:
Their manager is the president of APECA (Association of Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Traders of Andalusia), the Andalusian delegation of AEMME (Spanish Association of Multisectoral Microenterprises), and DIRSE (Spanish Association of Corporate Social Responsibility Executives), and they have board positions in 7 other national business associations.
Their business model is always focused on continuous improvement through constant collaborative training with both public and private agents, maintaining business ethics as their primary constant.
