A political scientist by training, my professional career has always been linked to strategic planning and innovation in public policies, the management of European projects, and supporting public administrations to improve their positioning at the European and international levels. I believe in public management as a key element for the sustainable development of the territory through multilevel alliances between administrations, with the private sector, and with research centers. I am also an associate professor in the Department of Law and Political Science at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
