Beatriz Codes
Associate Director of Public Affairs, Communication, and Sustainability for the Southern Region at Coca Cola European Partners Iberia
I graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Seville in 2004. After completing my undergraduate studies, I enrolled in a postgraduate program in Protocol and Event Management offered by the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Andalusia.
From the beginning of my career, I immersed myself in the area of Communication and Institutional Relations, which fully absorbed me. Coca-Cola European Partners has been the company I have been part of since 2005. Currently, I am the Head of Communication, Institutional Relations, and Sustainability for the Southwest Region and have led the national project "Gira Mujeres" in Andalusia, Murcia, Extremadura, and the Canary Islands for the past 5 years, of which I am very proud.
In addition, I am a member of the Business Alliance Sevilla es Industria, the Más Mujeres Forum, and I serve on the Board of the Association for the Progress of Communication. I was also selected as one of the 15 most influential women in Andalusia by Womantalent. Furthermore, I was awarded the Roma University, Women and Business Award by the Social Council of Olavide University in October 2019. I am also involved in several working groups of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Seville, including the Social Responsibility and Business Commission and the Tourism Commission. Additionally, I am part of the Biodiversity and Environment Council and the Equality Commission of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Andalusia.
On the other hand, I have extensive training and experience in team coordination, direct sponsorship management, media and stakeholder relations, and regional brand project leadership.
I have always been passionate about the world of Communication and about enriching and expanding my professional relationships every day. Thanks to my work at Coca-Cola European Partners, I have the opportunity to interact daily with diverse individuals from Marketing, Culture, Politics, and Communication, from whom I learn a great deal. At the same time, I have a team of professionals in my department from whom, in addition to learning, I strive to draw out and enhance my best skills to help them become the best version of themselves.
