Antonio Castaño

Currently the General Manager of Contursa, he previously served as a board member of Landaluz (Andalusian Food Business Association) from 2020 to 2023. He was also the Director of Marketing and International Relations at Majao from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, he held positions such as Brand Ambassador for Viñeros de Alfaro, Secretary of the Spanish Network of AVE Cities, Member of the Council of the Network of Jewish Quarters in Spain, and General Manager of Eventia (Coca Cola Rendelsur), among other roles.

This is his second term at the Tourism Department of the Seville City Council, as he served as General Manager from 2011 to 2015.

Regarding his academic background, he studied Business and Tourism Activities from 1984 to 1988 and completed additional training in Senior Management of Social Institutions and as a project mentor in the 50K Business Development Program, both at San Telmo Business School.
