CEO of Aalto Consultores, a company specializing in Strategic Consulting for the Planning and Development of Smart Cities and Territories, with a particular focus on Smart Tourist Destinations and smart energy solutions.

He served as president of the Andalusian Digital Economy Cluster, ETICOM, from 2009 to 2012, where he launched Spain's first Smart Cities commission, the National Cloud Computing Center, Microsoft and Vodafone's Clouding Point, the FIware Smart Cities Nodes in Málaga and Seville, and the Angel Jordan Center for CMMI.

He actively collaborates with national associations, serving on the boards of AMETIC (Multisectoral Association of Companies in Electronics, ICT, Telecommunications, and Content) and ANESE (National Association of Energy Service Companies).
