Born in 1974, she holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada and a degree in Law from the Universidad a Distancia de Madrid. She has been Manager of the Municipal Company Almería 2030, in charge of strategic and territorial municipal planning and management, developing the Urban Agenda of the city, the Action Plan for Climate and Sustainable Energy (PACES) of Almeria and the European Fundraising Plan, promoting projects such as the integration port city of Almeria, as well as the coordination of the request and management of European funds and funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Next Generation. She was a technician for the Regional Ministry of Environment and Territorial Planning, for the management of FEDER funds as well as for the Regional Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Urban Planning. She has worked in Transport, Planning and Urbanism consultancy in several national and international consulting firms.
