Founder and president of the Maritime-Marine Cluster of Andalusia (CMMA), an association of innovative, sustainable, and technological companies working in various subsectors of the Blue Economy.

He is also the president of the Blue Economy and Ports Commission of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Andalusia (CEA), a member of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Malaga (CEM), and a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Navigation of Malaga.

He holds a degree in History from the University of Malaga, and he is an archaeologist and experienced diver, as well as an expert in knowledge transfer.

He has published numerous scientific or informative articles in academic or journalistic publications, and he has also given talks and lectures on underwater archaeology, heritage, entrepreneurship, or knowledge transfer, among other fields.

His main idea is to turn society's attention back to the sea.
