CEO of Aalto Consultores, a company specialized in Strategic Consulting for the Planning and Development of Smart Cities and Territories, with a particular focus on Smart Tourist Destinations and smart energy solutions.

He was president of the Andalusian Digital Economy Cluster, ETICOM, from 2009 to 2012, where he established the first Smart Cities commission in Spain, the National Cloud Computing Center, the Microsoft and Vodafone Clouding Point, the FIware Smart Cities Nodes in Malaga and Seville, and the Angel Jordan Center for CMMI.

He actively collaborates with national associations, serving on the boards of directors of AMETIC (Multisectoral Association of Companies in Electronics, ICT, Telecommunications, and Content) and ANESE (National Association of Energy Services Companies).
