He has founded and is president of ImpactCo.mpany, a firm that offers personalized advisory services for entrepreneurs, investors, and senior executives, accompanying future "growth soul leaders" in the transformation of their companies towards exponential growth and social impact.

He has also served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Minsait (An Indra Company) from its foundation to reaching €2.2 billion in revenue, and as a member of the sustainability committee of Indra, a Spanish multinational services and technology company with over 50,000 employees in 110 countries.

He was one of the founders of DaemonQuest, the first consulting firm in Spain specialized in Customer Strategy & Intelligence, which was sold to Deloitte when it had a staff of 200 people, a turnover of €20 million, and offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Mexico, and Miami.
